Our goal is simple: straightforward communication, dependable service and local assistance from the moment you begin planning your trip until it’s time to head home.

Your driver will meet you at the designated airport pickup area at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) with a sign displaying your name. We send you the specific meeting details together with your reservation confirmation, and you can message us on WhatsApp the moment you land if anything is unclear.
Your driver will meet you at the designated airport pickup area at Las Américas International Airport (SDQ) with a sign displaying your name. The specific meeting details are sent with your reservation confirmation, and we are reachable on WhatsApp as soon as you land.
We monitor the flight information you send us, so if your arrival time changes we can help coordinate your pickup around it. A normal airline delay does not cancel your reservation. This is exactly why we ask for your airline and flight number when you request a quote — it is the detail that stops you being left waiting.
Request a quote through the form or on WhatsApp with your trip details. We reply with your price, and your reservation is confirmed once we receive the 30% deposit and issue your confirmation. Submitting the form requests a quote — it does not confirm anything yet.
No. A 30% deposit confirms your reservation and the remaining 70% is generally paid on arrival where applicable. You never need to create an account.
We accept Card and Cash.
You can cancel more than 48 hours before your service and receive a refund of what you paid. Within 48 hours, the 30% deposit becomes non-refundable. Airline cancellations are handled separately. The full policy is on our cancellation page.
Light rain or normal tropical weather does not automatically cancel an activity. If we or the operating partner cancel because conditions are unsafe, you are offered rescheduling, an alternative of comparable value, or a refund for the cancelled service. You do not lose your payment when we cancel.
