This policy explains what information GO DR TOURS collects through this website, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, flight information, hotel or destination, travel dates and times, passenger numbers, child-seat requests, booking details, and anything you write in a message or special-request field.

When you arrive from an advertisement or a search result, we may record marketing attribution information: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, and advertising click identifiers such as gclid, fbclid and ttclid, along with the page you landed on and the referring site.

This is stored with your enquiry so we can understand which marketing actually reaches travellers. It is held for the duration of your browsing session and is not used to build a profile of you across other websites.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange transportation and tours, process reservations, provide customer service, protect against fraud and misuse, measure how effective our marketing is, and improve this website.
