We monitor the flight information you send us, so if your arrival time changes we can help coordinate your pickup around it. A normal airline delay does not cancel your reservation. This is exactly why we ask for your airline and flight number when you request a quote — it is the detail that stops you being left waiting.

Yes, and we recommend it. Booking the return at the same time means you already know your pickup time for your departing flight, and you are not arranging transport on the last day of your trip. Choose "Round trip" when you request your quote.
We have two categories: a Private Vehicle for up to 6 passengers and a Group Vehicle for up to 14 passengers. If there are 15 or more of you, we still handle it with a custom quote. Tell us your numbers and how much luggage you have and we will assign the right vehicle.
Child seats are available upon request. Let us know when you request your quote — there is a field for it on the form — and we will arrange it with your reservation.
Yes. We pick up from hotels, resorts, villas and apartments across Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Macao, La Romana and beyond. We just need the hotel name and a time.
We work mainly from Punta Cana (PUJ) and Santo Domingo (SDQ) airports to Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Macao, La Romana, Bayahíbe, Miches, Juan Dolio, Boca Chica, Santo Domingo. If your destination is not listed, ask us anyway.
